korčula

druga melina pa je uživala korčulo. kar pomeni jedla fige na divje, tu in tam malo poplavala, dvakrat vozla kolo, šla kam tudi z avtom, predvsem pa brala in kuhala.
the other melina was enjoying korčula. meaning eating figs a lot, some swimming here and there, two times going around with the bike, sometimes with the car, but mostly reading and cooking.

med drugim je bil na jedilniku goveji golaž. odličan. tega nisem kuhala sama, bla bol desna roka, ampak ta zelo zanesljiva in delavna in ... no.
among other things there was a beef goulash. great one. but i was not making it by myself. i was first assistant. reliable and working one.
 

golaž je pol prepotoval še pol hrvaške, pa čez bosno do orehov blizu krškega. tam se mu je pridružla še pogača in paprike z jajci ... zraven pa še najdeš takih zanimivih reči v kleti, kot je ta klobučna madam.

the goulash then made it through a half of croatia, through bosnia till the walnuts near krško. paprika and pogača joined. in the cellar you find a lot of interestig things, like this hat lady.

 

ampak če se še malo vrnemo na korčulo. tam srečaš tako velke ladje, kot je velik cel otok in te so mnogo bol zanimive od marka pola, ki ga najdeš za vsakim vogalom.
if we go back to korčula a bit more. there you can meet boats big as island and these are much more interesting than marco polo, that you can find behind every corner.

in ješ tako fine olive, da ni en glaž nič in da sta dva komaj zadosti za nekaj dni.
and you eat so good olives, that one jar is like nothing and two of them are hardly enough for a couple of days.

istra

čas je spet. za istro. jesenska je pa slploh fina. našla nekak ipak internet. in etoga, da dam neki foto gor.
čisto frišne.

the time is right again for istria. in the fall it is specially special. and i managed to find internet. like this, i put photos, still hot. 

doma/at home

malo je blo treba sprobat foto opremo in eto. iz okolice par njih.

it was time to tryout some photo equipment. so here they are. few of them photos.

upsič :/

tale je iz lokalne kavarne. ampak zej pri nas doma. težko je, ko si baba neki zamisli, da če met :/  ampak da ne bo pomote, teta tam mi jo je sama dala na konc. sej ni mela druge izbire. je vidla, da se me ne bo znebila drugač :S
je pa lepa, ni? :D

this one is from a local coffee place. but at our place now. when one wants to have something.... :/ to make it clear, the lady working there gave it to me by her self at the end. anyway she didn't have any other choice, because it was quite clear i am not leaving the place without it :S

but it is fesch, isn't it? :D

CROSS BALKAN BLOGGING PROJECT!

cross balkan blogging project je še ena noviteta na našem blogu. je projekt, s katerim želimo ohranit našo bulgarsko-slovensko navezo in luda druženja z ekaterino. zato si bomo nekajkrat na mesec izmenjavale objave čez balkan.

cross balkan blogging project is one more new thing here. it is a project that will help us to keep our bulgaria-slovenia connection and crazy gathering we had with ekaterina. for this we will monthy exchange few posts over the balkan.

Ways to Alleviate Withdrawal

Definition of withdrawal: any sort of separation, but is most commonly used to describe the group of symptoms that occurs upon the abrupt discontinuation/separation or a decrease in dosage of the intake of medications, recreational drugs, and/or alcohol. In order to experience the symptoms of withdrawal, one must have first developed a physical dependence (often referred to as chemical dependency). This happens after consuming one or more of these substances for a certain period of time.

If we substitute the italicized words in orange with ‘Tina and Nina’, it pretty much describes how I was feeling as I headed back from Ljubljana to Sofia via Munich. After spending much of the last two weeks’ waking hours together in Trška gora, Mali Vrh and Krško, the sudden separation hit me pretty hard.
