korčula

druga melina pa je uživala korčulo. kar pomeni jedla fige na divje, tu in tam malo poplavala, dvakrat vozla kolo, šla kam tudi z avtom, predvsem pa brala in kuhala.
the other melina was enjoying korčula. meaning eating figs a lot, some swimming here and there, two times going around with the bike, sometimes with the car, but mostly reading and cooking.


med drugim je bil na jedilniku goveji golaž. odličan. tega nisem kuhala sama, bla bol desna roka, ampak ta zelo zanesljiva in delavna in ... no.
among other things there was a beef goulash. great one. but i was not making it by myself. i was first assistant. reliable and working one.
 

golaž je pol prepotoval še pol hrvaške, pa čez bosno do orehov blizu krškega. tam se mu je pridružla še pogača in paprike z jajci ... zraven pa še najdeš takih zanimivih reči v kleti, kot je ta klobučna madam.
the goulash then made it through a half of croatia, through bosnia till the walnuts near krško. paprika and pogača joined. in the cellar you find a lot of interestig things, like this hat lady.


ampak če se še malo vrnemo na korčulo. tam srečaš tako velke ladje, kot je velik cel otok in te so mnogo bol zanimive od marka pola, ki ga najdeš za vsakim vogalom.
if we go back to korčula a bit more. there you can meet boats big as island and these are much more interesting than marco polo, that you can find behind every corner.


in ješ tako fine olive, da ni en glaž nič in da sta dva komaj zadosti za nekaj dni.
and you eat so good olives, that one jar is like nothing and two of them are hardly enough for a couple of days.
