junaški zajtrk/heroic breakfast

...bip..shhh..»to je majhen korak za človeštvo, a velik skok za človeka«...bip....

japka. u šit, ka je hujšga ko jest japko za zajtrk. ampak to je tak zdravo, superička za peristaltiko, energija za cel dan, lepa koža garant, vitaminov na bacanje, ... ampak, jao uno kislo, vso sočno, po možnosti mrzlo japko dat zjutri v usta, pa fejst grist .. aaaaa ne fala. ampak po drugi strani pa ga ni čez zdravje in se je treba kdaj tut kej prsilt. ampak lah si pa tut mal lukav, pa japko zakamufliraš in jo pol probaš dol spravit. naprimer tk sem danes zjutro japko, skupi s pol mangota, enim malo suhim kivijem in banano (banana je obvezna ko hočeš kamuflirat japko) spasirala u tako fino gladko kašo, okus skoro ko sok tropik. potem dodaš še kak brazilski orešček in kak zdrav polnozrnat keks, i si zmagu. ne da bi sploh mel muke, je japka tam ko mora bit. u predelavi. je pa fajn, da ta japka ki gre v kašo ni preveč kisla, skor bolš da je mal mokasta, ko pol ne odvoji soka od gostega dela v kaši..ne vem zdej, če je res to povezano eno z drugim, samo dejmo predpostavit da drži. iz istega razloga tut limone v tole kašo nism dala. skledica je prazna, občutek junaški....roger....shhhh..
apple. oo shit, what is worse than eating an apple for breakfast. but it's so healthy, great for peristalsis, energy for the whole day, beautiful skin guaranteed, vitamins all over, ... but shit, to give that sour, all juicy, if possible also cold apple in your mouth in the morning, chew it good .. aaaaa, no thanks. but on the other hand, health is everything and sometimes we have to force ourselves to do all kind of bizarre things to keep it. but you can also be a bit ingenious and camouflage your apple and then try to eat it. for example, this morning i grind an apple, along with half of a mango, a little dry kiwi and banana (banana is required when you want to mask an apple) to a fine smooth gruel, the flavor almost like juice tropical. if you want you can also add some of brazil nuts and some healthy whole wheat cracker, and you are the winner. without having any problems apple is exactly where it should be. in processing. but it is good that this apple that goes into the pulp is not too juicy and sour, almost better that it is a bit dry, because then it doesn’t separate the juice from the pulp .. i do not know now if this is really related one to another, let us just assume that is true. from the same reason, i didn’t add any lemon. bowl is empty, feeling is heroic....roger.....shhhh.......
