as it is these days here on this blog of ours, we cannot pass the job thematic seems like. from the pain and frustration to finally find something fitting to the post like this. while one melina is starting the new job adventure, the other one am working for two months already. and this post is about a job mission i had. nice and relaxing one. it was that the shops were closed few days now, but we had the workshops with the kids. and the workshop requires a healthy snack. the task: to bake the bread! and think about the healthy things to put on. the bread that was made was; mixed flour with seeds and the other one from buckwheat and walnuts.
mixed flour bread:
- 2 times dry yeast
- 1 kg mixed flour
- warm water+milk
- salt
- seeds

bake one hour on about 180-200C
buckwheat and walnuts:
- 40g fresh yeast (melt in warm water+milk+sugar)
- buckwheat flour+white flour (half/half; all together about 1/2 kg)
- salt
- walnuts

again bake about one hour on 180-200C
- 1 kg krušne moke
- topla voda + mleko
- sol
- semena

pečti eno uro na okoli 180-200C
ajdov z orehi:
- 40g svežga kvasa (stopit v mlačni vodi+meku+sladkorju)
- ajdova moka+bela moka (pol/pol; vse skupi pa okoli 1/2 kg)
- sol
- orehi

tut tu se peče okol ene ure na 180-200C
pure success. the healthy things that we had with were hummus, guacamole, tuna pate (ok, this one not so healthy).
super job task.
cel uspeh. zdravi namazi, ki smo jih meli zram so bli hummus, avokadov namaz in tuna namaz (ta malo manj zdrav).
super službena naloga.
