rojstno dive/birthday

ne morem vrjet kak hitro gre spet čas. že sobota...ma je jako fin moment. tom waits in zrahlega popoldne. te dni jih ni velik. dobro je bit okupiran, ma tut super je met tak. zej se že res vsede. drugo.....skrivnost. punca, ki delamo skupi, je mela rojstno dive. tak da sma bla midva v akciji. plan: new york cheesecake. in pojma nimam zakaj miš.
can't believe how fast the time goes again. saturday already....but the moment is super. tom waits and the easy afternoon. not many of those these days....it is good being busy, but also great to have it like this. anyhow...the secret. the co-worker, she had a birthday. so the two of us were in action. new york cheesecake was the plan. and i have no clue why the mouse.

skrivnost!/top secret!

posebna skrivnostna naloga danes. ma ne smem nič več povedat zdej.
top secret mission today. can't tell nothing more now.

(pekarniška) služba/(baking) job

nekak je te dni tak, da se tu služba pogosto omenja. od muk in frustracij, da se ipak končno že enkit majkemu najde neki pametnega, pa do take objave zdej. medtem ko se bo ena melina podala novem naproti, delam druga že dobra dva meseca. in ta objava je o nalogi, ki sem jo za službo mela te dni. fina in relaksacijska naloga. blo pa je, da so ble te dni zarad pirhov zaprte trgovine. mi pa v načrtu delavnice z otroki. in delavnica ne more brez zdrave malce. torej: peka kruha! in poskrbet za zdrave namaze. kruh, ki je ratal je bil iz krušne moke in semen, drug pa iz ajde in orehov.
as it is these days here on this blog of ours, we cannot pass the job thematic seems like. from the pain and frustration to finally find something fitting to the post like this. while one melina is starting the new job adventure, the other one am working for two months already. and this post is about a job mission i had. nice and relaxing one. it was that the shops were closed few days now, but we had the workshops with the kids. and the workshop requires a healthy snack. the task: to bake the bread! and think about the healthy things to put on. the bread that was made was; mixed flour with seeds and the other one from buckwheat and walnuts.


mixed flour bread:
- 2 times dry yeast
- 1 kg mixed flour
- warm water+milk
- salt
- seeds
------------------------
bake one hour on about 180-200C

buckwheat and walnuts:
- 40g fresh yeast (melt in warm water+milk+sugar)
- buckwheat flour+white flour (half/half; all together about 1/2 kg)
- salt
- walnuts
---------------------------------------
again bake about one hour on 180-200C

iz krušne moke:- 2 suha kvasa
- 1 kg krušne moke
- topla voda + mleko
- sol
- semena
------------------------------
pečti eno uro na okoli 180-200C

ajdov z orehi:
- 40g svežga kvasa (stopit v mlačni vodi+meku+sladkorju)
- ajdova moka+bela moka (pol/pol; vse skupi pa okoli 1/2 kg)
- sol
- orehi
--------------------------------
tut tu se peče okol ene ure na 180-200C

pure success. the healthy things that we had with were hummus, guacamole, tuna pate (ok, this one not so healthy).
super job task.
cel uspeh. zdravi namazi, ki smo jih meli zram so bli hummus, avokadov namaz in tuna namaz (ta malo manj zdrav).
super službena naloga.

več o zavodu, njegovih aktivnostih, predvsem pa o tem kako juho naročiti, koliko stane, kdaj jo dostavijo, kaj dajo notri in še marsikaj zanimivega najdete tukaj.
vsekakor zelo dobrodošla in prepotrebna alternativa standardni menza/kebab/burek/pica/sendvič/čokolada/tobak/kava/nič malici.

prejšnji teden/last week

prejšnji teden je bil kulinarično pester, zanimiv pa je bil tudi zato, ker je bil najverjetneje zadnji tako gospodinjsko sproščujoč v bližnji prihodnosti. saj je ta teden, ki pride jutri cel prazničen in že zato drugačen, bolj leteč, potovalni oz neljubljanski, polej oni ki sledi pa je … bogami pa bo res….že deloven! ja, v službo grem. čau zavod za kako leto, če pa se zvezde poklopijo, ga ne vidim še kako leto dlje, ali bolje .. pač nikoli. ampak lepo po vrsti in počasi, zato nekaj fotk iz tedna nazaj. pekla sem kruh (krušna moka, pa malo črne in še manj bele zraven, nekoliko olivnega olja in ravno prav soli) in spekla velikega soma, katerega živo oko je preskočilo na mirnega srnjaka, ki ga jezdi gospodična sveta nebesa finske ustvarjalke katje.
last week was interesting in culinary, but not only this, it was also a bit special because it was probably the last such household relaxing in the near future. as this week, that comes tomorrow, is already all holidays and that’s why is a bit different, more flying, traveling or nonljubljanish, then those who will follow will be... hard to believe but really .... working ones! yeah, i'm going to work. bye unemployment center for a year, but if the stars are one the right position, i will not see it even some year longer, or better .. never again. but first things first, so here are some photos from last week. i wanted to bake bread (from special bread flour, a little less black flour and even less white one, a little olive oil and just the right amount of salt) but made a large catfish, from which wild eye jumped on peaceful deer, that little miss holly heaven from finland artist katja is riding.

 
potem naslednji dan pa so prišli na meni sveži divji šparglji z ajdovo kašo iz spodnje hrvaške istre.

kako se jih naredi:

-          šparglje dušiš na čebuli nekje 15 minut
-          medtem kuhaš ajdovo kašo v soli in začimbah po želji
-          zmešaš oboje skupaj
-          dodaš veliko česna
-          preliješ z domačim olivnim oljem
-          posuješ še nekaj arašidov na porcijo (super popestritev okusa - pa niti ne, da bi bila ta nujna - in zelo lepa dekoracija …. jaz sem bila preveč lačna in sem na arašide pozabla).


then the next day, fresh wild asparagus from the bottom of croatian istria with buckwheat porridge came on the menu. 

how they were prepared: 

- you put asparagus and onions on oil for 15 minutes
- meanwhile, cook buckwheat porridge in salt and spices as desired
- combine both of them
- add a lot of garlic
- add some homemade olive oil
- and a few peanuts per serving (great addition to the flavor - but not, that this is necessary - and very nice decoration .... i was too hungry then so i forgot the peanuts).

hecn dan je bil danes. ni šou nikamor. majkemi. se mi je zdelo da bi že zdavni mogu bit zvečer. verjetno je to, da je bla zgodnja zjutri in pol kr traja da je ura ena dalje. ne vem kdaj se mi je to tak nazadnje zdelo. ma danes nisem bla sam jest ta, tut druga melina je rekla isto. ne gre in konc. niso slabi taki dnevi. itak je skos neka akcija in je luksuz tut tak dan met. časa je blo za od kompjuterja, do šivanja in kuhanja. končno nardila vrečko za športno opremo, potem porabla vse ostanke ene kikle, ki sem jo predelala, ker je tiščala, ravno za to vrečko, neki zašila še na drugo kiklo in na koncu nardila še modni dodatek iz te iste kikle, ko je tiščala. pol pa še mini kuha. juha, čemaževa in krompirjeva. fina. in fin dan.

juha:

- mala čebula (prepražimo)
- 3 krompirji (dodamo čebuli, malo pražimo)
- dodamo začimbe in
- čemaž (še malo pražimo)
- zalijemo z vodo

the soup:

- small onion (burn till light brown)
- 3 potatoes (add to onions, burn a bit more)
- add spices and
- wild garlic (burn)
- add water

it's strange today. for some reason it seemed like the time was not passing. i had the feeling it should be evening much before. well....it's probably for being up quite early...but the other meline said the same. the time was just slow today.
anyhow...it was a fine day. there was enough time for computering, sewing and cooking. i finally managed to sew the bag for sport equipment. very basic one, from the pieces of fabric that were too little for other plans. i also used up the parts of the skirt i re-done some day before, made the stylish new thing for the hand (also from the old re-done skirt) and put some extra blue to the other skirt. then mini cooking. wild garlic/potatoe soup. was good. the day also.

junaški zajtrk/heroic breakfast

...bip..shhh..»to je majhen korak za človeštvo, a velik skok za človeka«...bip....
..bip...shhh...»that's one small step for mankind, a giant leap for a man«...bip...

japka. u šit, ka je hujšga ko jest japko za zajtrk. ampak to je tak zdravo, superička za peristaltiko, energija za cel dan, lepa koža garant, vitaminov na bacanje, ... ampak, jao uno kislo, vso sočno, po možnosti mrzlo japko dat zjutri v usta, pa fejst grist .. aaaaa ne fala. ampak po drugi strani pa ga ni čez zdravje in se je treba kdaj tut kej prsilt. ampak lah si pa tut mal lukav, pa japko zakamufliraš in jo pol probaš dol spravit. naprimer tk sem danes zjutro japko, skupi s pol mangota, enim malo suhim kivijem in banano (banana je obvezna ko hočeš kamuflirat japko) spasirala u tako fino gladko kašo, okus skoro ko sok tropik. potem dodaš še kak brazilski orešček in kak zdrav polnozrnat keks, i si zmagu. ne da bi sploh mel muke, je japka tam ko mora bit. u predelavi. je pa fajn, da ta japka ki gre v kašo ni preveč kisla, skor bolš da je mal mokasta, ko pol ne odvoji soka od gostega dela v kaši..ne vem zdej, če je res to povezano eno z drugim, samo dejmo predpostavit da drži. iz istega razloga tut limone v tole kašo nism dala. skledica je prazna, občutek junaški....roger....shhhh..
apple. oo shit, what is worse than eating an apple for breakfast. but it's so healthy, great for peristalsis, energy for the whole day, beautiful skin guaranteed, vitamins all over, ... but shit, to give that sour, all juicy, if possible also cold apple in your mouth in the morning, chew it good .. aaaaa, no thanks. but on the other hand, health is everything and sometimes we have to force ourselves to do all kind of bizarre things to keep it. but you can also be a bit ingenious and camouflage your apple and then try to eat it. for example, this morning i grind an apple, along with half of a mango, a little dry kiwi and banana (banana is required when you want to mask an apple) to a fine smooth gruel, the flavor almost like juice tropical. if you want you can also add some of brazil nuts and some healthy whole wheat cracker, and you are the winner. without having any problems apple is exactly where it should be. in processing. but it is good that this apple that goes into the pulp is not too juicy and sour, almost better that it is a bit dry, because then it doesn’t separate the juice from the pulp .. i do not know now if this is really related one to another, let us just assume that is true. from the same reason, i didn’t add any lemon. bowl is empty, feeling is heroic....roger.....shhhh.......

fsega/much

te dni je res fsega. ne folgam več. majkemi. ampak so same fine stvari in je fino. rukzaka ne razpakiram skor da več, kekse mam zmeri polek....dans sem dala paradajze prvič na sonce.
so much happening these days. i cannot follow really. but just good things. i hardly manage to unpack my backpack, always try to have cookies with.....today i was putting tomatos on the sun for the first time.

danes pri kosilu mi je pozornost odneslo na spodnjo stran glaža od ajverja .. koje lepe male (ma te so res male, premer pokrovčka je recimo 4 cm) kaple vlage so me čakale spodaj. bravo. in sem jih zabeležila, kolikor sem jih z makrotom uspela polovit .. 
today at lunch my attention went to the bottom of a glass of ajvar .. what a pretty little (these are really small, the diameter of the cap is around 4 cm), drops of moisture were waiting for me there. bravo. and i've recorded them, as much as i've managed to do it with my macro photo function ..
